Museum Tickets

Welcome to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Washington, DC.
Tickets are required for the Museum’s Permanent Exhibition: The Holocaust. Tickets are not required for entry into the Museum building or other exhibitions.
- Advance tickets online are available now through February 2025.
- Up to 25 advance tickets are available per transaction. Tickets are free but include a $1 transaction per ticket from Etix.
- A limited number of same-day tickets for time slots throughout the day will be available online each day beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST.
Before you arrive, here is some helpful information for your visit to the Museum:
- Please enter through the 14th St. entrance.
- Please allow at least 15 minutes to go through our Security screening process
- Items that are not allowed in the Museum include: Guns, all knives (including pocket/pen knives of any length), mace, pepper spray and other weapons. Please see our website for a full list of prohibited items
- Food and drink are prohibited, except as medically necessary; you may drink water from capped containers.
- You may enter the exhibition during the 15-minute range you select, and may remain in the exhibition as long as you like thereafter until the Museum closes.
