Timed tours for Tryon Palace are available for advance purchase for Saturdays and Sundays. Online ticket purchasing will close on the Friday before the tour to allow scheduling. There MAY be One Day Pass tickets still available onsite after the presale is closed. Do not call to purchase tickets. Ticket sellers will be busy with visitors.
Tours for Saturday will be available at: 10:30am/11am/11:30am/12pm/12:30pm/1pm/1:30pm/2pm/2:30pm/3pm/3:30pm Your Saturday One Day Pass Ticket will be good that day from 10am - 5pm. You may pick up your tickets and start your visit any time after 10am. Your tour of the Palace will begin at the time you selected. Timed tours for Sunday will be available at: 12pm/12:30pm/1pm/1:30pm/2pm/2:30pm/3pm/3:30pm Your Sunday One Day Pass Ticket will be good that day from 12pm – 5pm. Your tour of the Palace will begin at the time you selected. DO NOT BE LATE - IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT IN A LATER TOUR! THESE TOURS ARE LIMITED TO 10 PERSONS EACH AND VERY POPULAR.
You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled Palace tour time to allow for time to get your tickets and information what is included with these tickets. (Certain venues may be limited or closed due to social distancing at this time) Tickets should be picked up at the Waystation Ticket Office at 610 Pollock Street. This building is directly in front of the Palace front gates. There are other tours such as the Galleries or Garden passes as well. These do not need to be scheduled. Tickets are nonrefundable and if you miss your scheduled tour, we may not have availability for other times. TOUR TICKETS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE WAYSTATION OR NC HISTORY CENTER SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. (A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH TIME).
