Phoenix Room Fall 2021

DESCRIPTION

The Keeneland Fall Meet runs from October 8 - October 30. There is no racing on Mondays/Tuesdays.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, August 16th at 9:00 AM.

**Patrons may purchase up to 6 tickets per day in the Phoenix Room.**

Overlooking the picturesque Paddock, the Phoenix Dining Room offers a stunning view of the Paddock. With a business casual setting, this dining room offers a buffet lunch to guests.

$70 per person
Includes general admission, room admission, buffet, taxes & a program.

Food

Buffet; Dessert and snacks available.

Cancellation Policy

Whole tables may be returned to Keeneland 48 hours prior to the race date for a full refund.

Arrival Time

Guests must arrive by 1:15 p.m. on the day of their reservation or their table will be resold and tickets will be invalid.
Room opens at 11:00 a.m.
Buffet is available from 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Dessert and snacks are available until 4:00 p.m.

Seating

Available in tables of 2, 4, or 6; tables may not be joined.
When possible, tables will be adjacent to one another.

Gratuity Policy

A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to food and beverage for all groups of 8 or more in the dining rooms.

Dress Code

Gentlemen
Collard shirts, slacks and dress shoes.

Ladies
Clothing of comparable formality to gentlemen.

Not Permitted
Denim – regardless of color, slacks designed to resemble jeans, shorts (including rompers), clothing or shoes that resemble athletic attire, abbreviated or revealing attire.

Dress code rules do not apply to children 12 and under.
