Gristmill Tour

DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a one-hour guided tour of the Gristmill. This 1800s stone house located in Valley Mills, Texas, was renovated by Chip and Joanna in 2019 and now serves as the set of Jo’s cooking show, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines. This tour will take you behind the scenes and share what a day in the life of filming looks like for Joanna and the crew. Get an up-close and exclusive peek into the cooking show prep kitchen, prop room, and Joanna’s greenroom. Plus, enjoy a stroll through the Gristmill’s beautiful backyard garden and greenhouse. Located just 30 minutes from the Silos in Waco, this historic stone structure holds so much history and plenty of stories that we look forward to sharing with you! This experience includes a sweet treat and a refreshment for each guest to enjoy during the tour.

What is the Gristmill?

It’s a 30-minute drive from the Silos grounds.

Do you provide transportation?
No. Your tour guide will meet you there.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.

Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids aged 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you on the tour.

Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc.?
No. The Gristmill does not have an elevator and requires guests’ ability to access four staircases.

Should I be prepared to tip my tour guide?
Our tour guides are not expecting tips, but are able to accept them when given.
