Gavin Matts is a New York based comedian, actor and writer.  Gavin’s debut hour long special ‘progression’ was released by Bill Burr & All Things Comedy in October of 2023. Vulture said the special, “dark comedy at its best” and NY magazine featured progression on its approval matrix. 
 
Gavin was the winner of Canada’s Top Comic in 2017, A TBS Comic to Watch at the 2018 New York Comedy Festival and he made his late night television debut on CONAN in 2019. This led to multiple appearances on Comedy Central’s STAND UP FEATURING, and on Comedy Central’s stand up showcase, Bill Burr Presents: The Ringers.
