Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.
Does the tour go inside the Silos?
No - there is nothing inside of the Silos currently.
Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids ages 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you on the tour!
Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Yes! This walking tour covers the entire property, including three staircases, but elevators and ramps are available for those who need them.

Join us for an hour-long guided tour through Chip and Jo's most royal renovation yet, the Castle. The restoration of this one-of-a-kind home was featured on a six-episode season of Fixer Upper in 2022. During this tour, a knowledgeable guide will walk you through each room and share the history, design inspiration, and behind-the-scenes details of this century-old castle in the heart of Waco, Texas.
Note: all guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.
