Join us for a step inside “Chip’s Archive.” Situated on the second story of Magnolia Market at the Silos, this space once served as Chip’s office but has since evolved into a room that showcases his favorite Magnolia memories from over the years. Meaningful memorabilia fills the walls and shelves within this space, each piece holding its own story. This experience grants you exclusive access into a portion of the building that’s otherwise closed to the public, plus a chance to be immersed in untold stories and fun behind-the-scenes moments. In true Chip fashion, each guest will leave with something a little bit unexpected to remember the occasion.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience’s start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.

Can kids take a tour for free?

Kids ages 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you for this experience!

What is Chip’s archive?

This space is located above the Magnolia Market and is dedicated to showcasing Chip’s favorite Magnolia memories.

Will Chip be present during the experience?

We’ve told Chip to take the day off, so we don’t expect him to make an appearance.

Is there a group rate or discount for larger groups?

Yes! If you purchase six or more tickets you will receive a 10% off discount.

Should I be prepared to tip my tour guide?

Our tour guides are not expecting tips, but are able to accept them when given!
