How many people are included on one ticket? Two! Each ticket includes an itinerary for you and your loved one!

Does this ticket include the price of the meals? No. This ticket includes the reservations only.

Which store will the Exclusive shopping hour be? This private shopping experience will take place in our new floral shop!

Does this Magnolia Sweetheart Package for Two ticket include a hotel room? No. Only the Sweetheart Weekend Package for Two includes a hotel room at Hotel 1928.

What tour is included in this ticket? This ticket includes two exclusive valentines day themed Sweetheart Castle Tour

Can I adjust the time of my tour or reservations? No, the tour and reservation times are allotted for a specific amount of guests and cannot be changed.

Can I get a refund if I can’t go anymore? Yes! Full refunds are offered up to a week before the date of your visit. Any cancellations made within a week of the tour's start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.

Can I get a partial refund if I can’t attend an aspect of the offerings? No, the package can only be refunded in full.

Is there an age limit for the Magnolia Sweetheart Package for Two? Kids ages 3 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you!
