Enjoy a fine dining experience under the stars in a private heated igloo for two.  Dinner starts off with a Lobster Bisque or a Red Pepper Gouda soup.  For the second course, you’ll have a delicious salad of crisp escarole, endives, radicchio and red cabbage, all tossed with crumbly feta cheese and a Balsamic vinaigrette.  The entrée choices are either pork tenderloin with apricot glaze or a stuffed portobello mushroom cap.  Both entrees come with garlic roasted red potatoes and roasted bacon wrapped asparagus. 

You will also have a choice of either red wine, white wine, Guinness Stout or non-alcoholic sparkling wine to enjoy with your meal.  The dining experience is rounded out with a warm, decadent bread pudding dessert served with a vanilla or chocolate sauce to drizzle on.    

 

You will also receive: two champagne flutes, photos from a photo booth, a split of champagne and a special Renaissance surprise.
