TIMED TICKETS
Your ticket will be for a specific time of day. This helps us provide a calm, enjoyable experience, as the installation can accommodate only two people at a time.
Groups 3 or more must complete their current transaction before starting a new one to purchase additional tickets.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
TIME IN THE EXHIBITION
Each experience lasts 45 seconds, as thoughtfully designed by the artist, with our attendants guiding you in and out.
TICKET RELEASE
Tickets are typically released on the third Monday of each month for the upcoming month.
PHOTOS & VIDEO
We encourage you to take photos but please keep in mind that Flash photography, Tripods, and Selfie Sticks are NOT allowed.
